Get to know me
My name is Isabel, and I offer counseling and psychotherapy through a relational, trauma-informed lens. I work with individuals navigating trauma, grief, substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I’ve come to believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up as we are—and that’s the space I strive to create: a space where you can begin the journey of returning home to yourself.
I bring both clinical expertise and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that our bodies and stories hold deep wisdom.
Therapy, to me, is sacred work. I honor where you’ve been, and I hold hope for where you’re going, even when it feels hard to see.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, inner peace, or a way forward, my intention is to meet you where you are and walk with you as you reconnect to what matters most.
This work is an invitation—back to your body, your truth, your heart. Back to you.
Coming home to yourself changes everything.

Why?
I believe healing is a journey of remembering—of coming back to the truest parts of yourself that may have been hidden, hurt, or forgotten along the way.
At The Return Home, my why is rooted in the understanding that so many of us move through life carrying untold stories, unresolved pain, or a quiet ache for something more. I’ve seen how trauma, mental health challenges, burnout, and addiction can pull us away from who we really are—and how, with the right support, we can find our way back.
I’m here to offer a space where it’s safe to feel, to explore, to question, and to grow. A space where your humanity is honored, your voice is valued, and your process is respected.
